I recently returned to photography after an absence of many years. I have spent more than 25 years working in the field of affordable housing, providing training and technical assistance to non-profit organization, both within the US and Eastern Europe. The extensive traveling that I have done has provided me the opportunity to witness a vast array of unusual and dramatic landscapes and environments. Still, the subjects that I find exhilarating are the everyday-people in crosswalks, conducting their routine business; local neighborhood landscapes; household items. Their forms, shadows and reflections create a complexity and intrigue that continues to draw me in.
