Roger B. Galburt is a photographer based in Sudbury MA. He was born in 1946 and raised in Brooklyn, New York where he became interested in photography. He has been experimenting for many years with photographic technique, first in the chemical/film/darkroom days. He easily converted to the digital world, connecting his interests in technology and photography when this became available. Galburt uses photography in teaching and documenting in the health-care field as well as more recently in the art world.
Galburt has studied at the New England School of Photography and the Griffin Museum. He is a member of the Boston Photography Club where his photographs have been awarded prizes in competitions. He is also a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. His work has been published in the Tufts University Magazine and purchased by collectors.
