Bio

Nan Campbell Collins is a Fine Arts Photographer, traditional Chinese Brush Painting artist and an Educator. Her work celebrates the world of light and color with its many harmonies as well as its abstract nature in design and nuance.

Nan enjoys the challenges of pursuing her craft in the traditional darkroom - printing large format black and white images and exploring the platinum process. While she has also done her own infa-red printing, recently she has been photographing with a digital camera converted for infa-red capture.This has added a new dimension as she follows in her pursuit and passion for the celebration of light's beauty, mood and mystery.
