About the Work

Somerville, MA is a vibrant environment full of visual surprises. As I travel my hometown I am immersed in the many eclectic elements that define this city. With my camera I have been documenting these sights for many years.

In this portfolio, I share glimpses of both the energy that is most obvious on busy commercial streets, the serenity of a quiet neighborhood and the solitude of hidden backyards. These images reveal the complexity of an urban community.
